1. Using the portal
Evaliara is the brand used by this portal. You can create an account, provide your professional background and submit a screening critique for review. Applying does not guarantee approval, project availability, employment or payment.
2. Accounts and accurate information
Provide accurate information about yourself, your experience and your qualifications. Keep your credentials private, use an account you control and do not impersonate another person or share account access.
3. Your application
Submit material you are entitled to share. Do not include confidential client material, third-party personal information or content subject to another organisation’s restrictions. You retain ownership of your original material; submitting it permits its storage and use to operate and review your application.
Drafts may expire. A final submission is queued before it is saved; the UnderReview status confirms successful persistence. The portal currently has no self-service editing of the core fields in an accepted final submission. Optional LinkedIn and resume details can be added or updated separately from the dashboard.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, bypass access controls, submit malware, harvest personal information or automate abusive requests. Follow the Community Guidelines. Access may be restricted to address misuse or security incidents.
5. Future project work
Any paid engagement needs separate written terms covering scope, compensation, confidentiality, intellectual property and any applicable data-processing obligations. These portal terms do not establish a contractor or employment relationship.
6. Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted or changed. Keep a copy of your own application material. Changes to these policies will be shown with an updated date. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
