1. Represent your work honestly
Describe only qualifications and experience you actually hold. Submit your own screening response, credit any permitted sources and follow the instructions supplied with the assessment. Do not copy another applicant’s work, create deceptive accounts or present generated material as independent work when the assessment requires your own reasoning.
2. Treat people with respect
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or impersonate applicants, reviewers or other participants. Keep feedback about work specific, constructive and professional.
3. Protect confidential information
Do not upload private client datasets, passwords, identity documents, patient records or legal case information. Use fictional or properly anonymised examples where needed. Previous work on another platform does not give permission to disclose that platform’s materials.
4. Use the platform responsibly
Do not exploit vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorised access, manipulate application statistics or overwhelm the service. Keep your login details private. Do not request or offer payment in return for application approval.
5. Review and enforcement
Applications may be reviewed for quality, authenticity and compliance with these guidelines. Misuse may lead to application rejection or restricted access. An application outcome does not establish a right to paid work.
