The current portal collects applicant information for account operation and application review. It does not provide applicants with customer datasets or a production annotation workspace. Applicant information is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Before processing customer data
If a future engagement requires processing personal information on another party’s behalf, the relevant parties must agree to an appropriate written addendum before that processing begins. It must identify the legal entities, their roles, instructions, purpose, duration, data categories and people concerned.
3. Required safeguards
The applicable agreement should address confidentiality, access controls, security measures, approved subprocessors, incident reporting, assistance with individual rights, evidence of compliance and return or deletion of data. Any international transfer arrangements must be selected for the actual parties and locations; this page does not incorporate transfer clauses or certify legal compliance.
4. Instructions for applicants
Do not submit customer datasets or third-party personal information with your application. Do not assume approval authorises access to another organisation’s data. Follow only the documented instructions and access permissions of an agreed project.
5. Status of this document
No customer, processor, subprocessor, hosting region or transfer mechanism is identified by this page. It is an explanation of the portal’s current scope and the requirements for a future agreement, rather than an executed data-processing addendum.
